Campaign Code of Conduct

The campaign to Elect Ryan Swinburnson for Whatcom County Prosecutor is grounded in fairness, integrity, and respect for our community. This extends to all staff, volunteers, and contractors. All are aware of this Code.

We welcome honest discussion and differing viewpoints, but we will not tolerate harassment, threats, intimidation, sexual assault or discriminatory conduct at campaign events or on campaign platforms. This campaign will remain focused on public safety, accountability, leadership and service to the people of Whatcom County.
